We are a leading Latino and Hispanic campus ministry on university campuses across the nation. Our goal is to help make disciples of Jesus who will multiply their faith to help fulfill God’s great commission. Our ministry is about empowering leaders, building others up in their faith, understanding their cultural identity and helping others reach their god-given Destino. 

Destino is a ministry of Cru, which is committed to Win, Build and Send on the college campus and around the world. Our vision and mission reflect our commitment to God, our statement of faith and honoring the diversity or  “de colores” of the Latino community. 

We offer a variety of opportunities for “los jovenes” by providing Bible study, discipleship, retreat, conferences, part time/full time employment opportunities. 

Our history begins in 1995 when Cru staff Alex and Diane led efforts to reach Latino college students. A new ministry was started at the University of Texas – El Paso, the vision was to reach Latino students and equip them to share Jesus around the world. The legacy continues today as we trust God to raise up new leaders and help create positive change through the Latino Community.
